Skilled Carpenter / Job Site Foreman

A hardworking, skilled carpenter who can take charge of jobs and keep things moving. This is a foreman position, not a laborer role. You’ll be expected to manage jobs, grab your own materials (as needed), and take responsibility for quality and timelines. This isn’t just a “job” — it’s a long-term opportunity. I’m looking for someone to step into my role so I can continue to grow the business. I need someone I can trust to manage jobs and represent the company the right way when I’m not on-site. Must Have: Strong carpentry skills (framing, finish work, punch lists, etc.) Ability to lead a small crew and educate/challenge your subs to become a skilled labored Manage jobs on your own A truck to haul tools and materials — this is required Basic tools and power tools Good attitude, shows up every day, on time Willing to learn and figure things out when needed Keen attention to detail Most Commonly Used Trades: Full Kitchen Renovations Bathroom Renovations Finished Basements Tile Installation Trim Work Flooring Doors (Interior & Exterior) Deck Builds Painting Your Day Will Look Like: Picking up materials when needed Running the job start to finish Doing hands-on work Talking with subs and keeping things on schedule Making sure the job is done right and cleaned up properly Managing/Teaching a helper Pay: Good pay based on your experience and what you can do.
