We are seeking a motivated and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes- Supervise and support front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally- Maintain accurate reservation records and manage room assignments- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction- Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing service improvements- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and health standardsSkills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite- Knowledge of local attractions, services, and area information- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree is a plusWe foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.
