GenAI Prototype Engineer

You will be the lead developer of prototypes and MVP genAI solutions for a Nexus3 portfolio company. Working closely with our team, you will design and implement prototypes and infrastructure for genAI applications. You will also collaborate with the business development team to understand customer needs and rapidly develop prototypes that validate hypotheses.ResponsibilitiesDesign and prototype genAI and agentic AI based applicationsDevelop novel algorithms and solution methodologiesCollaborate with software engineers on how to turn a prototype to a software productCollaborate with business development team to align on customer needs and ideate product featuresRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fieldFamiliarity with LLM's, genAI, and agentic AI systemsPrior experience in data engineering with a focus on document processingExcellent verbal and written communication skills for discussing technical solutions with a range of stakeholdersAbility to work and research independently and take initiativeSolution architecture experience including data backendPreferredDemonstrated experience delivering genAI products into productionExposure to LLM-based applications that require external handling and retrieval of large and complex documentsExperience creating and implementing a scalable document processing pipelineFamiliarity with newly released agentic frameworks and tools (Langchain, CrewAI, etc.) that amplify and harness the power of large language modelsActive Github project portfolioWe OfferMentorship on technical skills and business buildingA role in driving the AI revolutionCompetitive compensation and potential equity
