Marketing Specialist
OverviewThe Marketing Specialist supports ideas and execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating content projects, creating and managing email campaigns, and assisting the sales team with planning and campaign preparation. This role is responsible for ensuring marketing activities are organized, accurately executed, and aligned with departmental priorities, serving as the coordination point for partner-related marketing activities to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Marketing ProjectsWrite, develop, and execute marketing content projects (e.g., emails, one-pagers, presentations, social posts, internal communications)Maintain and coordinate timelines, approvals, and version control for marketing deliverablesAssist with proofreading, copy edits and content formatting to ensure brand consistency, accuracy and quality.Contribute to marketing campaign planning, including ideation, messaging, and channel selection.Bring forward new ideas to improve campaign performance and engagement.Use campaign results and data to inform future marketing strategies.Email Campaign ManagementBuild, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation tools.Manage email lists, segmentation, campaign performance, and reporting (e.g., open rates, click-through rates), including identifying insights and optimization opportunities.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with messaging and timing goalsSales Support & PlanningWork closely with the sales team on campaign planning, outreach support, and promotional materials.Assist in preparing sales enablement assets such as email templates, decks, and campaign briefsCoordinate marketing calendars to align with sales priorities and initiativesOrganize and maintain sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, and case studies) so they are always up-to-date and accessible.Associations, Channel Partners & Affinity GroupsCoordinate marketing deliverables and campaign requirements for associations, channel partners, and affinity groupsManage timelines, asset requests, approvals, and distribution needs across partner initiativesEnsure partner-facing materials align with brand standards and messaging guidelinesTrack partner marketing activities, commitments, and deadlinesAdministrative & Coordination SupportMaintain organized records of campaigns, assets, and performance metricsTrack tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across marketing and sales initiativesProvide general support to ensure marketing programs run smoothly and efficientlyQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in marketing or marketing supportExperience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Working knowledge of digital marketing metrics and reportingExperience supporting B2B marketing initiativesProficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeSkills Strong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent written communication, proofreading, and editing abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesComfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teamsExperience supporting healthcare/dental services marketing preferredExperience coordinating partner / association marketing initiatives
