The Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Division at our organization is in search of a Surgeon-Scientist to serve as the Vice Chair of Research. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous clinician scientist with a strong research focus, technical proficiency, and a proven history of securing external funding.Key responsibilities will encompass managing an independent research initiative alongside clinical duties, mentoring faculty and trainee researchers, fostering collaborative programs within the Department and the broader Institution, and enhancing the Department's research and grant portfolio.We take immense pride in our vibrant research program within the Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery Division. Our faculty, residents, and students are actively involved in a variety of research endeavors, covering a wide range of interests.
