Our WBT Wealth Management team is backed by Raymond James Investments, to be the trusted advisors who bring clarity and confidence to long-term goals. In this role, you'll build relationships that begin in our offices and deepen over decades, partnering with our Retail and Lending teams to identify needs and seamlessly facilitate their referrals when customers require investment solutions beyond a bank's traditional capabilities. Through employing Raymond James Financial Advisors, we connect customers to a broader platform of investment strategies while keeping the personal, community-first approach that defines our bank. You'll translate complex markets into understandable plans, celebrate milestones as portfolios evolve, and serve as a steady guide through changing seasons. This isn't just managing money; it's stewarding futures. POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Assistant provides administrative support for the WBT Wealth Management team. This position serves as a point of contact for existing clients, facilitating timely and professional communication. The Financial Assistant reports to the WBT Wealth Management Manager and provides excellent service and support to team members and customers while demonstrating the Company's values and supporting the mission. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support for the WBT Wealth Management team to include preparing documents, compiling reports, and drafting correspondenceServe point of contact for existing client accounts, facilitating timely and professional communication to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levelsSchedule client reviewsCoordinate special projects including mailings and client seminarsRepresent the department with cross-departmental and community initiatives Embrace a team approach, as well as communicate and collaborate with other advisors and staffWork closely with senior advisors and operations team members to deliver consistent client experiences and identify opportunities for enhanced serviceResponsible for meeting or exceeding service-level and production-based goals related to client retention, acquisition, satisfaction, and account managementAdhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policiesMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, complying with continuing education requirements, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional associationsAttend training as requestedAdhere to compliance with all FINRA/SEC and federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering ProgramParticipate in outside community activities as requiredPerform other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degreeActive Series 7 and 66 licenses preferredCurrent Life & Health Insurance Licenses preferredExperience with servicing high net worth clientsProficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard software applicationsExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsAttention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skillsHigh standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethicCommitment to service excellenceAbility to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow throughDemonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility and willingness to work with purpose and a strong sense of urgencySelf-motivated, positive, and enthusiasticSelf-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectationsMaintain confidentiality discretionAbility to interact with customers and employees in a friendly and professional mannerAbility to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectivesWilling to grow and be challenged COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS & RECOGNITION We believe success should be acknowledged and celebrated.
