The ideal candidate will inspire students to acheive their academic potential whie fostering a love for learning.Key Responsibilities:Instruction: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons aligned with state standards and curriculum guidelines.Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a respectful and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs and styles.Assessment: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support student success.Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional learning and participate in school initiatives.Community Involvement: Foster relationships with the community to enhance educational opportunities for students.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.Must hold or be eligible to hold appropriate NC Licensure from the NC Department of Public Instruction (Birth-Kindergarten or Preschool Add-on Certification Required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to create engaging lesson plans and utilize various teaching strategies.Preferred Skills:Experience with technology integration in the classroom.Knowledge of differentiated instruction and inclusive practices.Strong organizational and time management skills.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and education.Health and retirement benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
