This is a structured contract-to-hire opportunity where you’ll receive hands-on technical training designed to prepare you for full-time conversion while working alongside experienced Engineering Operations Technicians (EOTs) to gain real-world experience. We're looking for individuals who will take the initiative to learn, show up reliably, follow procedures, and are serious about building a long-term career. No prior data center experience required.What You’ll DoSupport the daily operations of mechanical and electrical systems within data center facilities.Perform routine inspections, equipment checks, and operational rounds.Log readings, document observations, and respond to system alerts.Work alongside experienced teams to maintain facility uptime and reliability. Assist with equipment installs and facility buildout activities. Follow strict safety and operational procedures at all times. Complete structured technical training through online learning modules each shift.What We’re Looking ForHighly motivated and eager to grow a long-term career in Data Center Engineering Operations, demonstrating positive attitude and strong aptitude for learning new technical skills.Background in hands-on environments working with tools, equipment, machinery, or technology.Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a track record of commitment and follow-through.Self-motivated and able to take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and accept feedback. Flexible and able to adapt to different projects as business needs change.Ability to lift up to 39 lbs, work on ladders as needed, and be on your feet throughout the day.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and have reliable transportation.
