Job DescriptionA full-time Family or Internal Med Physician to be a part of a faith-based, community health center in rural Appalachia. Our prayer is for a provider who will come alongside of us in meeting the medical needs of our community.Position Details:Compensation: $220,000/year for a 40-hour workweekBenefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage; 40 paid days off annually; $2,500 for CME; 4% retirement contribution; FTCA malpractice coverageAdditional Perks: No call responsibilities, eligibility for NHSC Scholar and Loan Repayment programs due to high HPSA scores (20 for Medical, 21 for Mental Health, 25 for Dental)Work Environment: Join a dedicated team providing comprehensive outpatient care, including OB, behavioral health, substance use disorder services, and general dentistry, with five clinics in the Appalachian Mountains, close to Knoxville and Lexington.This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
