Responsibilities:
Safety First: Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished part meticulously, ensuring they meet quality standards, and make necessary adjustments for perfection.
Operate Machinery: Handle advanced machinery and equipment with precision to maintain efficient and accurate production.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to assemble and manufacture car body parts, ensuring every piece meets our high standards.
Inventory Management: Play a key role in managing inventory by tracking materials and alerting supervisors when stock levels are low.
Innovate & Improve: Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and engaging in problem-solving activities.
Organized Workspace: Keep your workspace clean and organized to support smooth and efficient production operations.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent .
Experience: This is an entry-level position. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to set you up for success.
Team Player: Thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with your colleagues to achieve common goals.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and precision, ensuring every part meets our high standards.
