Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOffice, Various outside weather conditionsLocationRemote – ideally based in the Central or Western United StatesTravel up to 50% (supporting Semiconductor customers)How You Will Make An ImpactAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, you’ll do meaningful work that supports a powerful Mission: to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.Within our Electron Microscopy business, your work directly supports customers pushing the boundaries of semiconductor innovation—helping advance technologies that power everyday life, from smarter devices to more sustainable solutions.As an Account Manager III focused on Service Sales, you will play a critical role in strengthening long-term customer partnerships, ensuring uptime and performance of advanced instrumentation, and delivering service solutions that maximize customer success.What you will do?Own the full service sales lifecycle—from initial engagement through long-term contract support across the installed baseDrive sustainable service revenue growth and margin, partnering closely with service leadershipAct as a trusted advisor to Semiconductor customers across North America, aligning service solutions to their business and technical needsCollaborate cross-functionally (sales, service, applications, and leadership) to deliver tailored, high-value solutionsSupport and mentor regional team members, sharing effective sales strategies and best practicesBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners to continuously improve service offeringsConsistently achieve and report on sales targets, contributing to a culture of accountability and performanceHow you will get here?
