We're looking for individuals who share these values and are excited to contribute to our mission.Your duties and responsibilities:Preparation and review of complex tax advisory services and planningEngaging in consulting and special projects as assigned by Directors and ClientsReporting to Directors and Managers and effectively taking directionsReviewing and managing staff deliverables, including tax returns, tax planning and other areas of compliance for all entity types and individualsHelp manage client relationships as assigned by Directors and ManagersProviding value-added client serviceParticipating in community involvement activitiesAssist in managing, developing and coaching professional tax staffStrong sense of ownership for delivering unmatched client service and excellent supervisory, team building and team management skillsHigh company growth and opportunity for advancements and promotionLocation/Flex optionsOpportunity to work from Colorado Springs or DenverSome travel may be required with occasional work from home optionsExpected 40 hours per week with flexible start timesTo be a successful candidate, you will have:A BA/BS degree in accounting; Master's degree a plusCPA License a plusProficiency using Microsoft Office, ProSystems, and AdobeGood time management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiencicy in QuickBooks (at a minimum must have sound knowledge of basic functionality)The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end the salary range for this position.
