You'll drive execution across global teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program management for the Global GTM Optimization initiative.Manage complex, cross-functional, and global workstreams.Partner with senior leaders for strategic alignment with corporate objectives.Establish governance, cadence, and reporting for transparency and accountability.Identify risks and define mitigation plans to keep the program on track.Drive execution against milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Facilitate collaboration across global teams.Translate complex concepts into clear communications for stakeholders.Manage change impacts and support adoption of GTM improvements.QualificationsPMP certification preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.8 years of experience in leading large-scale, complex initiatives globally.Experience managing programs with complex organizational structures.Proven ability to collaborate with global and regional teams.Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills.Track record of identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.High level of organizational discipline and attention to detail.Work EnvironmentRemote (Indiana, Ohio, Michigan) At Talent Wave Associates, we connect outstanding talent with exceptional opportunities.
