Our team is built on collaboration, clinical integrity, and a shared commitment to delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA services that support long-term growth for every child and family we serve.We are currently seeking a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our clinical team. This role is designed for a clinician who enjoys both hands-on clinical work and leadership responsibilities, with a focus on supporting treatment integrity, guiding staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across cases.Position OverviewThe QBA will support the development and ongoing oversight of ABA programming while working closely with behavior technicians, caregivers, and supervising clinicians. This role focuses on implementing treatment plans with fidelity, supporting staff performance, and contributing to data-driven clinical decision-making in a team-based environment.ResponsibilitiesThe QBA will:Assist in developing individualized treatment plans based on behavioral assessments and client needsSupport the implementation and refinement of behavior intervention and skill acquisition programsConduct and interpret behavioral observations and structured assessments as directedProvide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Support caregiver training sessions to help families reinforce skill development at homeCollect, review, and summarize behavioral data to track client progress and outcomesCollaborate with supervising clinicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational and ethical standardsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training opportunitiesStay current on applied behavior analysis practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementQualificationsQBA certification requiredBachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred1+ years of experience working with children with autism preferredNo disciplinary actions on license or certificationStrong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsPassion for ABA and helping children succeedBenefitsSalary: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually - Full TimeBonus Opportunities AvailableProfessional Development (Free CEU’s!)Flexible ScheduleHealth insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offVision insuranceDental insuranceDisability insuranceLocationHybrid – Chapel Hill, North CarolinaJob TypePart Time and Full TimeJoin our team and make a daily impact in the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs.
