About this Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) PositionThis position is offering a $5,000 sign on bonus!HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for hospice patients in patient homes and facilities in Massachusetts, primarily in the Milton/Dedham/Westwood or Norwood area.As a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager you will advocate, negotiate, and lead the clinical oversight of the patient. The successful Registered Nurse (RN) is passionate about providing the best possible care at end-of-life and acts with a sense of urgency and a disciplined approach for the accuracy and quality of the care delivered.This Registered Nurse (RN) position is a full-time, 40-hour per week position working 8am-4:30pm hours.
