Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

We are working with two Am Law 50 firms seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for their Washington, D.C. office, one seeking a candidate with 4 to 7 years of experience and the other seeking 3 to 4 years of experience.The first role is targeting an attorney with 4 to 7 years of experience and is primarily employer-side litigation (class action, wage and hour and discrimination) with some advice and investigations work as well.The second role seeks an associate with 3 to 4 years of employment litigation experience. The firm advises employers of all sizes in matters such as class and collective actions; wage and hour; wrongful termination; discrimination, harassment, retaliation; employment agreements and layoffs.The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills; experience researching, drafting, and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; and executing complex fact investigations and analysis. Admission to the D.C. bar is required.
