ABOUT THIS TEMP POSITION This is a temporary position and the length of assignment is estimated to go until December 31, 2026. The length of the assignment is always dependent on business need and dates may change. While the assignment would be at the Alliance, if selected, you would be an employee of a temporary employment agency that we would connect you with.This role can be filled within any of our location service areas (Merced, Santa Cruz, Mariposa, San Benito and Monterey Counties) or remotely for those living within the state of California. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Reporting to the Enterprise Project Management Manager, this position:Provides intermediate-level project management support for medium to high complexity cross-functional, systems-driven strategic and operational projects involving interdepartmental units and/or external stakeholder teams through all aspects of the project lifecycleConducts intermediate-level business, technical and financial analysis and reporting to support operations and business developmentEffectively utilizes, implements and communicates project management methodologies and policies, and mentors project teams, project stakeholders and Enterprise Project Managers, to ensure accuracy, consistency and thoroughnessABOUT THE TEAMThe Project Management Office (PMO) is a key part of our Operational Excellence Department, committed toproviding and growing operational effectivenessexpertiseacross the organization. As the PMO team, we contribute to that commitment through enterprise Portfolio, Program and Project Management services, enabling the organization to operationally adapt and advance our mission.The PMO's role is to provide practical structure, partnership, and support that makes it easier for teams todeliver meaningful outcomesandfocus on what matters most: serving our members well.IDEAL CANDIDATEWe're looking for a flexible, adaptable professional who works effectively with stakeholders at all levels and keeps projects moving in a fast-paced environment. Temporary employees on assignment at the Alliance will be connected to a staffing agency with separate benefit options.COMPENSATION INFORMATIONZone 1 Pay Range: $57.70 - $63.50Typical areas in Zone 1: Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey Counties, Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Diego areasZone 2 Pay Range: $54.50 - $60.10Typical areas in Zone 2: Mariposa and Merced Counties, Fresno area, Bakersfield, Eastern California, San Luis Obispo area, and the Central Valley (except Sacramento)The applicable salary ranges are based on work location and are aligned to a zone according to the cost of labor in your area. Final compensation will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferable experience related to the position, education, or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location). OUR BENEFITS Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week.Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees.
