Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Duties & ResponsibilitiesObtain and document vitals prior to provider encounterObtain and document past medical, family and social historyCommunicate with Physicians and Mid-Level ProvidersPrioritizing actions based on level of importance or urgencyAnswers phone lines as assigned and triage effectively, dispatching to the appropriate areasMonitor patients throughout their treatment.Perform routine checks of patients' vital signsMinimum QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and/or Experience RequirementsCurrent state LPN license requiredCurrent BLS certification requiredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)Current Medical Certificate required1 year(s) of Clinical experience preferred.Experience with EMR systemsBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time off
