Reliability Engineer
LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry leader to hire a Maintenance Engineer to support the development and execution of a reliability-focused maintenance program within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in improving asset performance, increasing uptime, and reducing reactive maintenance through data-driven analysis, predictive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives across complex production systems.What's the job?Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and long-term improvement plansAssess current maintenance practices and drive modernization and standardization efforts across the facilitySupport reliability of critical equipment including rotating systems, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and bulk material handling assetsLead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issuesBuild and enhance predictive and condition-based maintenance programs (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound)Establish equipment criticality rankings, failure tracking systems, and standardized maintenance proceduresImprove computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data integrity, including asset hierarchies, work planning, and maintenance recordsDevelop and monitor reliability KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availabilityCollaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Project teams to improve asset reliability and performanceProvide input on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintainability improvementsPromote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across the operation What's needed?Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environmentsStrong experience with CMMS systems and maintenance data managementProven experience leading RCFA/RCPE investigations and implementing sustainable solutionsStrong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologiesExperience with industrial mechanical systems such as rotating equipment, conveyors, hydraulics, or similar assetsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with multiple stakeholdersCMRP, CRE, or similar certification preferredExperience in heavy manufacturing environments is a plus What's in it for me?Opportunity to build and shape a modern reliability program within a large-scale industrial environmentHigh-impact role with visibility across operations, engineering, and maintenance leadershipExposure to complex industrial systems and large capital equipmentOpportunity to directly influence uptime, efficiency, and long-term asset performanceRelocation assistance offered for qualified candidatesStrong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Key DetailsCompensation: $85,000-95,000 annuallyBenefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance availableSchedule: Full-time, onsite (standard industrial schedule; occasional off-hours support may be required)Location: Evansville, INRelocation Assistance: OfferedWork Model: Fully onsite Thank you, Nick Roche LaSalle Network #LI-NR1 LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
