Facilities Manager
Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Facilities Manager with our commercial real estate client in Columbus, OH. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.Pay: $26.00 - $31.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.Schedule: Onsite | M-F 8-5 | Emergencies could pop upDescription:As a Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of large sized buildings.Location:Travelling between 3 locations8787 Orion Place Columbus6405 Commerce Ct Groveport860 Taylor Station GahannaTeam Overview:FM, they would have a chief and an AFM3 managers, 3 locationsAutonomy to figure out what the schedule looks likeNeed to be able to go to all of the sitesResource's typical working day:People management of AFM and Chief (chief has a team of building engineers)Responsible for building operation for these 3 locationsVendor managementMangin hard and soft servicesManaging assetsManaging emergency processes and protocolsSupporting the team of engineersMust Have Skills:Have to be very technical, have to have hands on hard service experience.
