Remote Adjunct Culinary Instructor

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Remote Adjunct Culinary Instructor will facilitate interactive distance learning courses, focusing on student success, providing support to at-risk students, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance academic outcomes. Key responsibilities Engages students to facilitate learning and achieve course objectives while maintaining academic integrity Coaches struggling students and develops success plans in collaboration with others Introduces industry perspectives into courses and maintains awareness of professional trends Required qualifications Associate Degree in the applicable occupational area or equivalent experience in the teaching area Minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree for General Education Instructors with relevant subject matter preparation Previous teaching experience in online or residential settings preferred Industry certifications such as Certified Executive Chef (CEC) or similar are preferred Demonstrated work experience relevant to the subject matter area assigned to teach
