Experience in building or owning a RevOps function in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled business
Strong capability in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and dashboards
Proven track record of converting messy data into actionable commercial decisions
Sharp project management skills with the ability to deliver outcomes efficiently
Comfortable with change and ambiguity, capable of pivoting mid-project
