Warehouse Team Member / Delivery Driver

Location: Sherman, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm Pay Range: $15–$20/hour (depending on experience) Position Type: Full-Time, Non-CDL About the Role We’re hiring a Warehouse Team Member / Delivery Driver for our Sherman branch, a hands- on role that’s ideal for someone who wants to learn the plumbing supply distribution business from the ground up. This position is a mix of warehouse work and local deliveries. You’ll be on your feet, on the road, and part of a tight-knit team that keeps customers supplied and jobs moving. What You’ll Do Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks Safely run local deliveries to job sites using company trucks and trailers (non-CDL) Ensure orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Perform basic delivery vehicle checks and maintenance (fueling, cleanliness, reporting issues) Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support daily operations What We’re Looking For A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfort working in a warehouse environment and outdoors as needed Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Forklift experience is a plus, but we can train the right person Prior warehouse, delivery, construction, or supply house experience is helpful but not required Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity Stable, weekday schedule (no nights or weekends) Competitive hourly pay with room to grow Hands-on training in the plumbing supply distribution industry Opportunity to learn products, operations, and logistics A team-oriented environment where reliability and effort are valued If you’re looking for more than “just a job” and want to build skills in a growing industry, we’d love to hear from you.
