Job Summary: Front Desk/Admin Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk/Admin to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for a dependable self-starter who enjoys being the first point of contact and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Essential Job Functions: Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner Greet visitors warmly, respond to inquiries, and direct guests appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area and shared office spaces Operate standard office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines, and postage systems Log and track incoming calls, visitors, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Maintain and organize general office filing systems Provide administrative support to management as needed Assist with processing business licenses and registrations Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 2-3 years of experience in a professional office or front desk environment Experience handling a multi-line phone system Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Typing speed of at least 35 WPM Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance record Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
