California Licensed Senior Electrical Engineer, responsible for leading electrical engineering design and team development for data center projects in a full-time salaried position. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage Electrical Engineering design standards for quality and cost-effectiveness Perform project design reviews and coordinate internal approvals with stakeholders Provide technical guidance on electrical systems design and support the O&M team with troubleshootingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred); PE license is a plus 8-12+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in data centers or large-scale projects Strong understanding of electrical power systems and industry codes and standards Experience with design tools and interpreting construction documents Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers in a team environment
