A company is looking for an Executive Director CCaaS. Key Responsibilities Manage projects and teams for complex Contact Center applications Lead technical teams for CCaaS implementations and customer requirement sessions Develop and present solutions to clients while ensuring project success and profitability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred 12 or more years of experience in Contact Center and UC environments 5 or more years of CCaaS project leadership experience Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture and cloud telephony platforms Proven ability to create and present to executive-level stakeholders
