The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters and be proficient in handling civil cases through trial.Key Responsibilities:· Draft motions, conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings· Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting· Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervisionQualifications:· Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)· 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)· Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters (Required)What We Offer:· Remote environment· Competitive salary· Generous bonus structure· Full benefits package· Supportive and collaborative work environment
