This job will be responsible for interacting with students and faculty to assist them with common technology problems. The Technology Service Center is the community facing division of the IT department and requires strong troubleshooting ability as well as customer service skills.Essential Role ResponsibilitiesRespond to technology support requests via online portal, phone, virtual call and in person. Representatives will resolve the problems when able, escalating incidents/requests to senior level technicians through our ticketing system with necessary.Assist student and faculty in the DH110 computer lab the with hardware and software problems.
