Medical Assistant (Pediatric)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced pediatric Certified Medical Assistant to join us at Village Pediatrics! You will perform routine medical assistant duties and work with experienced staff and providers in a well-established private medical office. Full-time Monday through Friday (4.5 - 5 days). New grads with pediatric hours are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Room patients and take and record vitals and information for the visitAdminister routine childhood immunizationsRun basic CLIA-waived labs and (if experienced) phlebotomy on occasionWork closely with pediatrician and other providers to provide excellent care to patients birth through 18​Qualifications:Medical Assistant Certificate preferredPediatric patient care experience preferredFamiliarity with EMR (we have EPIC)Strong communication skillsMust be confident and skilled in administering vaccinesCompany DescriptionSmall private pediatric medical office accepting commercial insurance.
