DETAILS: STRATEGIC GROWTH AND REVENUE LEAD Title: Strategic Growth and Partnerships lead Compensation: DOELocation: Cleveland, OH OVERVIEW: STRATEGIC GROWTH AND REVENUE LEAD Thorndale Partners is representing a growing technology and AI consultancy in their search for a Growth & Partnerships Lead based in Cleveland, OH. The Growth & Partnerships Lead will own the regional pipeline and partnerships end-to-end. This individual will turn conversations into qualified opportunities and run discovery and scoping alongside the CEO. The role requires strong technical fluency to credibly position AI-powered software, mobile applications, and AI consulting services to mission-driven organizations.RESPONSIBILITIES: STRATEGIC GROWTH AND REVENUE LEAD Pipeline Ownership: Drive the full top-of-funnel through near-close via local networking, ecosystems, and warm introductions.Scoping & Discovery: Partner with the CEO to run discovery, validate technical fit, and manage proposals.Market Expansion: Build the firm's commercial footprint and visibility within the northeast Ohio market.Event Representation: Represent the consultancy at regional AI, healthcare, education, and tech events.Strategy & Packaging: Contribute to the positioning of core practice areas, including agentic software and applied AI. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: STRATEGIC GROWTH AND REVENUE LEAD Commercial Instincts: Proven ability to read buying signals, run discovery, and produce winning proposals.Technical Fluency: Ability to speak credibly about software development, AI applications, and consulting services.High Ownership: Self-driven temperament suited for a lean, high-autonomy, and impactful agency environment.Regional Network: Deeply plugged into, or ready to connect with, the Cleveland business community.Preferred Background: Experience in agency/consultancy sales, product management, or the healthcare/education verticals.
