Our client is seeking an experienced IT Integration Project Manager to support technology integration initiatives within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, integration, and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate IT integration projects and initiatives.Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.Support integrations involving HL7 and healthcare technology systems.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.Collaborate with technical, business, vendor, and clinical teams.Identify risks, resolve issues, and proactively communicate project status.Maintain confidentiality when handling protected health information (PHI) and proprietary information.Support a collaborative, fast-paced environment while adapting to changing business needs.Requirements5+ years of IT/project management experiencePMP Certification requiredExperience with IT Integration and HL7Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourcefulAbility to work independently and collaboratively under pressureStrong commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous learning
