Area Sales Manager (HVAC)
Role & responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the MEP/HVAC sector. Analyze market demands and customer needs to tailor business development strategies accordingly.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, exhibitions, online platforms, and referrals. Identify and qualify potential clients for MEP/HVAC projects.
Develop relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in target organizations. Regularly meet with consultants and contractors in the HVAC segment.
Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals in response to client requirements and ensure proposals align with technical capabilities. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
Proven experience in the MEP/HVAC industry. HVAC product sales.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC products, technologies, and industry standards.
