Captain / Lead Server

As a server, you’ll guide our guest through an array of wine, spirits and culinary options, engage and guide the guests experience, maintain and keep a positive, clean and efficient work area and be an ambassador of the La Fete standards for hospitality. Responsibilities: • Greet guests and take orders accurately. • Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages. • Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guest satisfaction. • Handle transactions and process payments efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized section. • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams. Requirements: • passionate, ability to work in team setting, willingness to learn and grow, positive attitude • Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails. • Friendly, engaging personality. • TIPS or TABS required at end of training • CMS or Level 1 sommelier equivalent within 12 months of hiring date (we will provide training) More detail about La Fête, please visit
