What You'll DoAs a key member of our mortgage team, you'll be responsible for the administration, configuration, and performance of our Loan Origination System (LOS), Point-of-Sale (POS), and related mortgage platforms.Key Responsibilities Include:Serve as system administrator for LOS, POS, and ancillary mortgage technologiesConfigure users, roles, workflows, templates, and forms to improve efficiency Manage system updates, releases, patches, and integrations Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support Monitor system performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance Analyze workflows and implement automation and process improvementsCreate and maintain system documentation and training materials Onboard and train users; manage service tickets and enhancement requests Support audits, exams, reporting, and secondary market loan preparation Set daily mortgage rates Participate in vendor evaluations and mortgage technology roadmap planning ????
