You Have 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant and/or office manager, preferably at a fast‐growing startup or other high‐intensity professional environment. Openness to supporting the CEO in office Monday–Friday and being on call when needed. Proven track record of managing multiple high‐priority tasks simultaneously in an extremely fast‐paced environment. Experience supporting company leadership and understanding their unique needs. Strong aptitude and proficiency with productivity tools and software. You Will Manage complex calendars and coordinate high‐stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail. Draft, edit, and deliver a variety of communications, including emails and presentations, with precision and efficiency. Ideate, plan, and execute unique internal and external company events. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating swift and effective communication. Manage travel arrangements for the company, along with any corresponding expense reports with utmost efficiency and accuracy. Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
