In this role, you will trim trees and hedges, mow and manicure laws, maintain gardens, and keep pathways clean. Ultimately, your goal is to keep the facility's surroundings beautiful and inviting. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a strong understanding of lawn care and landscaping.Responsibilities:Mow, weed, and edge lawn areas around headstonesMaintain garden areas, including pruning and weedingTrim hedges, bushes, and treesMaintain clean pathwaysMust be able to lift 50 pounds with full range of motionOperate push and riding mowers, as well as other landscaping equipmentFull time hours are Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm. Occasional weekend dutiesQualifications:Previous experience as a Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or other position is preferredHigh school diploma/GED is preferredFamiliarity with landscaping equipment and machinerySprinkler system will be taughtAbility to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periodsAbility to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
