This role blends therapeutic excellence with a commitment to equity, community engagement, and whole-person care.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, group, and/or family therapy servicesMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationDevelop and implement treatment plansParticipate in interdisciplinary care coordinationEngage in culturally responsive and trauma-informed practicesSupport client retention and engagement effortsCollaborate with HUE programs addressing social determinants of health (SDOH)Requirements:What You BringActive Texas LPC license (required)Experience in community mental health, trauma, or underserved populations (preferred)Strong clinical documentation and ethical practice standardsCommitment to health equity and culturally competent careAbility to manage a consistent caseloadCompensation & StructureHUE utilizes a hybrid compensation model designed to balance stability and performance:Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annuallyProductivity Pay: $50–$60 per completed clinical session beyond baselineSession Threshold: 15 sessions per weekTiered Incentives:16–20 sessions/week: $50/session21–25 sessions/week: $55/session26+ sessions/week: $60/sessionCancellation Protection: Late cancellations/no-shows compensated at partial rateEarning Potential: $65,000 – $90,000+ annually depending on caseloadHUE is committed to building a diverse, inclusive workforce aligned with our mission of advancing equity across all communities.
