Assistant Controller A well-established, global organization in the technology space is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join their team. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting financial operations, reporting, and team oversight in a fast-paced, innovative environment. ?? Position Overview The Assistant Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support the Controller in managing the integrity of the general ledger, financial reporting, and audit coordination. This position will lead and develop accounting staff while ensuring accurate and timely financial processes. ? Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage monthly close processes, ensuring accuracy and timelinessOversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial reportingSupervise and mentor accounting staff across AP, AR, and related functionsReview balance sheet reconciliations and drive resolution of discrepanciesCoordinate and support annual audits with external auditorsIdentify and implement process improvements and internal controlsEnsure compliance with GAAP standards and company policies ?? QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of corporate accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience managing month-end close and general ledger activitiesAdvanced Excel skills and ERP system experienceCPA or CPA candidate strongly preferredExcellent communication and leadership abilities ??
