Clinical Research Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented R&D Clinical Analyst to join our Orthopedic Reconstruction team in Andover. In this role, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge engineering and regulatory excellence, ensuring our life-changing hip and knee arthroplasty implants meet the highest standards of data integrity. You’ll join a culture of Care, Collaboration, and Courage, where your work directly supports our mission of \"Life Unlimited\"—helping patients reclaim their futures and move pain-free again.What You’ll Do:Compile and maintain comprehensive technical data for orthopedic reconstruction implants, focusing on the latest hip and knee arthroplasty technologies.Partner with R&D Engineers, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to gather and validate essential product performance and design data.Navigate and manage complex internal and external databases to ensure all orthopedic portfolio information is current, accurate, and accessible.Assist in the preparation of data packages required for orthopedic implant approvalsWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringExperience in the Medical Device industry, specifically within the Orthopedic or musculoskeletal space.
