Maintenance Tech

Job DescriptionWe are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician toto join our team. As a key player in our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are operating efficiently and safely. This role s critical to maintaining our high standards of production and quality. RESPONISBILITIES:Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid equipment failure. Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities. Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery. Perform facility maintenance as needed.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus. 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
