MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design and build end-to-end features and contribute to scalable, high-performance web applications. Design and build end-to-end features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Develop and enhance microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services Work with Kafka and message brokers to support event-driven, distributed systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality features Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently 2–4 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) Solid understanding of database design, indexing, and performance optimization Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ontario, CA
