Job Title: Dynamics CRM ArchitectLocation: RemotePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform, along with strong architectural vision to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and implement solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM and DataverseDevelop and customize model-driven apps and canvas apps using Power PlatformBuild and manage Power Automate workflows and business process flowsDesign and develop custom plugins using C#, JavaScript, and other supported technologiesOwn solution lifecycle management (ALM) including deployments, versioning, and environmentsIntegrate Dynamics 365 with ERP systems and enterprise applications using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure FunctionsProvide break/fix support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysisEnsure operational stability, performance optimization, and security complianceDefine and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practicesMentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholdersRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM and DataverseStrong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power Pages is a plus)Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture and designExpertise in custom development using C#, .NET, and JavaScriptStrong experience with system integrations using Azure services and middlewareSolid understanding of API design and integration patternsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business usersPreferred Qualifications Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industriesMicrosoft certifications such as:PL-600: Power Platform Solution ArchitectDynamics 365 certificationsAzure certificationsExperience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern ALM practicesKey SkillsDynamics 365 CRM & DataversePower Apps (Model-driven & Canvas)Power AutomateC#, .NET, JavaScriptAzure Logic Apps & Azure FunctionsAPI IntegrationsSolution Architecture & Governance
