Delivery Driver

Weingartz - Farmington Hills, MI What You'll Be DoingPickups, delivery, and transfers between stores or customers new or repaired equipment and stock from warehouses. Picking up customer service work from customers to bring in for repair. Manages delivery schedule to meet customer commitments.Ensures all equipment delivered and transported is accurately identified and maintained.Provides basic operating instructions to customers on delivered equipment and ensures customer understands all safety features of delivered equipment. Manages daily paperwork needed for vehicle checks and inventory. Ability to work independently with light supervision in an efficient manner. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly, push rolling stock, and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills are requiredMust have a chauffeur’s license.Must be able to obtain a DOT medical certification.MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DOT PHYSICAL AND DRUG SCREEN UPON HIREWhen and Where You'll Be WorkingFull-Time PositionRetail Hours40-50 hours per week year-round with an opportunity for increased hours during peak times.
