Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Commercial Service Technician based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems. Additional tasks include diagnosing technical issues in the field, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and professionally. The role will involve both preventative maintenance and emergency repair services to ensure optimal system performance. Qualifications Proven experience in Maintenance & Repair of commercial HVAC systemsStrong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical issues in a field service environmentExpertise in Field Service operations and ability to respond promptly to on-site needsOutstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication and client satisfactionBasic proficiency in Maintenance practices and procedures for HVAC systemsHVAC certification or equivalent technical training is highly desirableAbility to work independently with a high level of professionalism and accountabilityValid driver’s license and comfortable traveling within the Columbus, Ohio area
