Analytics Specialist

STS Technical Services is hiring Analytics Specialists in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Our client is seeking an Analytics Specialist to support trade compliance reporting and data analysis activities. This role will support reporting, documentation, and process improvement efforts related to imports, exports, classifications, duties, and tariffs.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport trade compliance reporting and data analysisPrepare regular and ad hoc reports using Excel and other reporting toolsValidate data accuracy and identify trends, gaps, or anomaliesAssist with documentation, dashboards, and process improvementsPartner with Trade Compliance team members to support day-to-day analytics needsQualificationsStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel experienceExperience working with large data sets and reporting toolsPower BI or similar reporting tool experience is a plusHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesPrior experience in trade compliance, supply chain, or regulatory environments preferred but not requiredWork ArrangementThis role is open to hybrid or remote work arrangements for candidates located in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area who can support occasional in-person events.
