We partner with brands to run high-performing TikTok Shop LIVE operations — from host management and content execution to affiliate programs and large-scale creator events. Our clients range from fragrance and beauty brands to major IP-licensed products.The RoleWe're looking for a LIVE Account Manager to own the day-to-day relationship between Puff and our brand clients. You'll be the primary point of contact post-onboarding — keeping clients informed, identifying growth opportunities, and making sure every LIVE campaign delivers. You'll work closely with our operations, talent, and affiliate teams to keep execution tight and clients happy.What You'll DoOwn the ongoing relationship for 3–6 brand accounts, serving as their primary contactManage weekly/monthly client syncs — performance reviews, campaign planning, issue resolutionCoordinate internally with live ops, talent, and affiliate teams to align execution with client goalsTrack GMV, live performance, and affiliate data; turn numbers into clear client-facing insightsIdentify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accountsSupport onboarding of new clients with Lynch and the ops teamDraft recaps, proposals, and communications on behalf of accountsWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or project coordination — agency or e-commerce background preferredFamiliarity with TikTok Shop, LIVE commerce, or influencer/creator ecosystemsBilingual in English and Mandarin strongly preferred (most clients are China-based brands)Data-comfortable — you can read a dashboard, spot a trend, and explain it clearlyHighly responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ballStrong written and verbal communication in both languagesCompensation$65,000 – $85,000 base + performance bonus tied to account GMV growth
