Job Role: Support EngineerLocation: Minot, ND (ONSITE)Monitor, assess, and manage cyber risks across systems, applications, and user environments.Support cyber governance activities, compliance tracking, and mitigation planning.Lead or coordinate IT‑related projects including planning, execution, and reporting.Maintain project schedules, risks, and documentation in alignment with delivery goals.Provide laptop support including configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and endpoint compliance.Handle user issues related to network, authentication, VPN, software, and device performance.Perform infrastructure administration tasks such as server checks, backups, and policy enforcement.Support change management, incident management, and configuration updates.Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure stability and compliance.Maintain documentation, SOPs, and reporting dashboards for continuous operational improvement.
