Industry: Manufacturing (ERP Systems)  Experience: Mid-Level  Location: Mostly remote; may evolve into hybrid (within 1–2 hours of Carlstadt, NJ; ~1x/month on-site)  Employment Type: Part-Time → Full-Time Potential  Company: INVAR TechnologiesAbout the Role·      INVAR Technologies is looking for a Mid-Level Oracle Forms Developer to support and enhance an existing ERP system (Oracle 12g DB + Oracle Forms 6i).·      You’ll join a small, experienced team working on a live production system — fixing bugs, building features, and gradually taking ownership of parts of the application.·      This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with legacy systems who wants to grow beyond pure development over time.What You’ll Do·      Learn existing system architecture and business processes within a legacy Oracle Forms ERP system ·      Support and enhance the current application ·      Fix bugs and implement new features ·      Work with PL/SQL, database logic, and system integrations ·      Collaborate with developers and analysts on requirements and solutions What We’re Looking For·      3+ years of experience with Oracle Forms (6i is an advantage) ·      Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL / SQL ·      Solid experience with relational databases ·      Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision ·      Strong problem-solving skills and team mindset ·      Nice to have: Experience with manufacturing ERP systemsGrowth OpportunityThis role offers a path toward System Architect / Technical Business Analyst, for developers interested in designing system solutions, working more closely with business stakeholders, and owning both technical and functional aspects of the system.Compensation & Schedule·      $60,000–$100,000 (full-time equivalent) ·      Start part-time (15–20 hrs/week), with potential to grow full-time ·      Flexible schedule (with advance notice) ·      Occasional on-site work (travel reimbursed) Why INVARAt INVAR Technologies, we don’t just support technology, we empower businesses through smart, human-centered IT solutions.
