This is a full-time office-based role.Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries about policies, billing, and claims support Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and renewals Maintain accurate customer and policy records Provide timely, friendly, and professional service to customers Support office workflows and administrative tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure high service standardsQualifications Property & Casualty insurance license (must have or be able to obtain) Customer service or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented work style Ability to work effectively in a team environmentCompensation $20.00 $25.00 per hour Compensation based on experience and qualificationsBenefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Structured, professional office environment Training and development opportunitiesWork EnvironmentThis position is based in our Portland, OR office.
