Job Title / Role: Program ManagerKey Skills: MS Project, MS Planner, Data Analytics, Microsoft Project Management.Experience: 15+Location: Windsor CTShift: GeneralMode: On-siteWe at Coforge are seeking “Program Manager” with the following skill set:Program & Project GovernanceLead end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Define the program roadmap, milestones, risks, and dependencies.Manage schedules using Microsoft Project, maintaining Gantt charts, resource allocations, and critical path tracking.Establish governance frameworks, review cadences, and escalation paths.Cross‑Functional LeadershipCoordinate with engineering, business, operations, and stakeholder groups to ensure seamless execution.Facilitate steering committee updates, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross‑team communication.Drive accountability and ensure deliverables adhere to timeline, budget, and quality standards.Microsoft Project Management ExpertiseBuild and maintain detailed delivery plans through MS Project and Azure DevOps.Use MS Project for baseline management, forecasting, risk burndown, and dependency mapping.Utilize Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) or Microsoft Planner for task automation and workflow orchestration (if applicable).Data Analytics & ReportingDevelop dashboards and analytical insights using Power BI, Excel (advanced), and other BI tools.Track KPIs, program metrics, productivity, risk indicators, and financial health.Create data-driven program review decks and executive-level performance reports.Analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and optimization areas.Risk, Compliance & Quality ManagementIdentify risks early, maintain RAID logs, and ensure proper mitigation planning.Monitor compliance with internal standards, PMO frameworks, and regulatory requirements.Champion process improvements and operational excellence.Required Skills & Experience12 to15 years of experience in Program / Project Management.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, including dependency planning, resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis.Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel (Pivot, DAX, Macros preferred), and dashboard creation.Background in data analytics for decision-making and performance measurement.Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar lifecycle management tools.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, or Prince2 certification.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).Exposure to cloud programs (Azure preferred).Experience in BFSI, healthcare, product engineering, or enterprise transformation programs.
